"Lidoran Environmental Services recently completed an asbestos remediation project for Sydney Water at the Potts Hill site located in Cooper Road, Birrong.
The scope of works for the project included the vacuum cleaning of all purlins, wall girts, columns, framing, floor & wet wiping of steel components of the structure. The total surface area of cleaning was approximately 7885 sqm.
Lidoran Environmental Services also engaged and managed a sub-contractor to prepare then encapsulate the asbestos cement corrugated roof & wall sheeting by painting the internal & external surfaces of the building. The total surface area of paint encapsulation was approximately 15,770 sqm..."
